Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager, for one of our key clients. The Project Coordinator will support a senior Project Manager and the leadership team in delivering a workload management transformation initiative for a large federal contact center environment. The focus is on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting governance in a complex, multi‑stakeholder, waterfall project.


Candidate MUST have the following required experience and skills:

  • Two (2) to over four (4+) years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles;

  • Valid Level I – Reliability Canadian Government security clearance;

  • Experience supporting IT / business transformation or contact center initiatives is an asset;
