Reporting to the Manager, Program, the Project Coordinator supports operations to ensure efficient and profitable execution of underground utility infrastructure installations. Location: Mississauga (185 Bethridge Rd) Project: Hurontario LRT (HuLRT)
What You’ll Do Here:
- Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections and locates
- Manage inventory, procure specialty materials/tools, and maintain small tool certifications
- Track heavy equipment status, monitor idling/utilization reports, and correct misallocations
- Maintain worker training matrix and oversee yard facility maintenance
- Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
