Key Activities:
- Manage projects from order handover through delivery and project closeout
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and revenue forecasts.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance functions globally.
- Manage customer communications, approvals, technical clarifications, and change requests.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and commercial impacts.
- Monitor project performance, reporting, invoicing, and delivery commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and PMO best practices.
