Job Summary
Leads large and/or complex engineering projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates project planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting. Ensures project results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead implementation of complex/large engineering projects, driving regulatory and compliance certifications (e.g., ISO9000, ISO14000, AS9100, TUV).
- Participate in and may lead product/manufacturing development meetings, recommending changes.
- Implement best practices for equipment/manufacturing layout for maximum efficiency and cycle time optimization.
- Lead complex projects related to new technical developments and processes.
- Control project budget and deliver quotes for projects including equipment, labor, and maintenance costs.
