As our new Project Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our product innovation, leading new products from concept to full‑scale production. You will act as the central link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring every project launches flawlessly and on schedule. Your leadership will directly influence our operational success and profitability, managing critical project milestones and fostering a culture of excellence to deliver on our promises.
What You’ll Be Doing- Manage multiple new product development projects from the initial customer notification through the start of mass production.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, communicating project status, mitigating risks, and developing recovery plans to keep everything on track.
