- Perform project engineering tasks on minerals processing projects across a variety of commodities, acting as Project Engineer or Study Manager when requested.
- Execute concentrator design independently, providing frequent training, guidance, and supervision to junior colleagues.
- Engage with clients to understand, develop, and deliver project requirements, grow the organization’s client base.
- Prepare proposals and support business development initiatives.
- Oversee and mentor others in developing overall concentrator design (layout, mechanical, piping, electrical, structural, civil requirements) and maintain a design database to improve project quality and efficiency.
