The position will be leading the Operational Performance & Programmes activities in India which leads all the transversal key projects and programs in the Digital Infrastructure and Platform department. This team is also responsible to streamline the Demand Management process , Quality reviews and ensure relevant reporting to be done on time and quality.
Responsibilities:
Support the streamlining of the Demand Management process (product) for all the PSLs in the department and help in implementing the process in tandem with the DRMs and PSL leaders.
