Project Management Lead – Retrofit Accelerator
Organization: The Atmospheric Fund (TAF)
Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (see below)
Responsibilities
- Support retrofit projects and associated initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Track project tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Prepare and share clear, timely updates on project status, issues, and constraints.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Draft and coordinate the execution of service contracts and collaboration agreements in line with TAF policies, governance requirements, and templates.
- Process invoices by coordinating with project team members and the Finance team to ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment.
