Job Description
_**JOB OBJECTIVES**_Manage the process, administer and control the flow of projects to ensure that requirements are met as established at the beginning of the project and follow up with the client's planning.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_1) Project management- Cooperate with sales team, client, RD, QC, Costing, supplier, WH, customs and business for projectmanagement.2) RFP / RFQs- Confirmation of drawing specifications with RD and Client before quotation- Price review with costing and supplier3) Award - Account set-up / Audit / Schedule control / Sampling / Pilot run / NPI info confirmation- Account Setup: Closing Agreement/Customer/Vendor Files/Billing and Shipping Information etc.- Audit: Preparation of documents and processes according to the client and the requirement of eachdepartment- Project Schedule Control: Track the process to start the project on time- Sampling: Confirmation of draw with customer, RD and supplier when FAI is granted/approved- NPI: LT / SPQ / CBOM / Cost / ...
