You will also work in a safe manner in accordance with the ALS Health and Safety Program.Specific ResponsibilitiesCarry out login checks for all files logged in (including verifying account numbers, client contacts, sample identifications, dates/times, job reference numbers, PO’s, SPO’s, COC attachments, lab products, special reporting requirements, etc.);Adding/updating login qualifiers on work orders;Maintain and update client account information and notes, including new account set-up;Quote creation and updating in LIMS;Assisting with invoicing as required (invoice corrections, monthly invoicing, etc.)Provide support for Invoicing Administr...
