Kongsberg Discovery, through our Naxys division in Bergen, is seeking a driven and structured Project Manager to plan, lead and execute projects from contract to delivery, within agreed frameworks for time, cost, quality and HSE. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, internal expertise and production.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and execute projects in accordance with contracts and internal processes
- Establish and follow up project plans, progress, budgets and resource allocation
- Lead cross‑functional project teams
- Take an active part in production and product delivery tests
- Manage customer dialogue and reporting
- Identify and handle risk and project changes
