Job Description
As a Project Manager at ITC Construction, you will be responsible for and has full control over the assigned project budget, schedule, quality and human resource requirements under the direction of the Project Director. The Project Manager has adequate authority and will be assigned resources to achieve the objectives established within the ITC Project Management function.
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Manager Preconstruction Services, preparing and/or overseeing the preparation of the Control Budget.
- Be involved in the Contract Negotiation phase including attending meetings as requested by the Director of Business Development, preparing written communication with Owner, Architect and Consultants from concept design through to contract signing.
- Prepare Letters of Intent for Trades on Construction Management Projects as per the standard ITC Contract preparation procedure.
