Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes
- Provide updates and strategic recommendations to City leadership and council Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Lead and support collaborative delivery models such as IPD, alliance, and progressive CM
- Work closely with designers, contractors, and consultants
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and alignment meetings
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the City and all stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external agencies
- Manage communication with community members, Indigenous groups, and government bodies
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and milestones
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
