We are seeking a Commercial Strategy & Transformation Project Manager to support high-impact strategic initiatives across Japan. This role combines project management, business transformation, and commercial strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements, launch new initiatives, and deliver successful transformation programs. This position offers flexibility depending on experience: Junior candidates with strong project coordination or PMO experience are encouraged to apply, even without prior healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
