Job Description

- Lead overall project execution from project handover to final completion.
- Develop project strategies, construction methods, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved according to contractual requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Direct and supervise Site Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
