Role & Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on proposed projects in the initiation phase and collaborate with internal stakeholders for corporate approvals
- Create and manage Request for Proposals (RFP) for design teams and contractors
- Oversee project planning, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Manage budgets effectively, control costs, and present regular financial reports to senior management
- Track project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
