Senior Project Manager – Digital Service Transition (Contract) The role
This contract Senior Project Manager will lead a critical discovery and transition initiative focused on assessing existing online services and their suitability for migration to a centralised Customer Service Platform (CSP).
The role will drive a structured assessment of current digital services, identifying capability alignment, gaps, integration challenges, risks and dependencies. You will coordinate stakeholders, establish a clear delivery plan, and produce a pragmatic roadmap outlining priority services, high-level designs, indicative timeframes, resourcing and budget considerations.
