Senior IT Project Manager
Senior IT project manager responsible for the planning, organization, and delivery of strategic IT projects. Acts as a leader and expert advisor overseeing the complete project lifecycle, team mobilization, change management, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the scope, plan, budget, and resources; draft the project charter, identify stakeholders, and validate strategic alignment.
- Track progress, adjust schedules, manage the critical path, control the budget, optimize resources, and justify variances.
- Allocate roles, resolve conflicts, lead teams, and make tactical and operational decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues.
- Lead committees, communicate effectively, and produce progress reports.
