Project Manager – Marketing
We are looking for a Project Manager – Marketing to join our dynamic team and accelerate growth and digital performance for the Intact Insurance and belairdirect brands. Reporting to the Director, Go-to-Market and Partnerships, this person will play a key role in planning the annual marketing strategy and integrated campaign roadmap for prevention and climate adaptation initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, channels, and business priorities. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands‑on skills in orchestrating and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns.
Pay & Benefits
Salary range (but not limited to): 94,200 - 115,200
Annual bonus target: 12% of base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance.
