The Opportunity
- An industry leader in the refurbishment and fitout sector
- Full order book for 2026 with exceptional project opportunities coming their way
- Seeking an accomplished PM to run refurb/fitout projects to $10m, and seeking an experienced PE with the capability to work as a 2iC on these projects and/or run their own projects inclusive of CA duties to $2m
Your Responsibilities
- Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
- Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
- Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
- Leading and mentoring your project team
