Responsibilities
Define a detailed Project Scope and facilitate Team Roster and personnel selection. Integrate, develop and execute Product/Process Transfer goals of the receiving/sending plants. Develop the project timeline and deliverables documents for each transfer phase. Develop Project Team long‐and short‐term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines of the transfer project. Lead the transfer team meetings and maintain accurate minutes and follow up action items. Keep proper team communication and team time management. Coordinate and lead the cross‐functional efforts to successfully address the following: Materials Supply Planning, Quality Plans, Transfer and Development of Device Master Records, Develop Lean Manufacturing for new process/product transfers & Product Costing and savings analysis and justification.
