As a Project Manager you will drive high-impact digital and AI initiatives that help Siemens Energy turn data into better decisions and measurable business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, data experts, digitalization & AI teams, and external partners to move ideas from use case definition to delivery, adoption, and value realization. Your day may include aligning priorities with senior stakeholders, structuring project roadmaps, managing risks and dependencies, preparing decision materials, and ensuring that digital and AI-enabled solutions are developed responsibly, with the right data foundation, governance, and business ownership. The role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology delivery, and change management.
