Project Manager – Facility Maintenance & Support Services (GTA & Southern Ontario Region)
Black & McDonald is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee facility and non‑facility projects, including ad‑hoc scopes from Facility Management contracts. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting and coordinating projects from start to finish while ensuring compliance with corporate and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and standardization of project management processes, procedures, and tools.
- Plan to execute projects in accordance with Corporate Policy.
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
