Job Description
- Daily project management of New Construction, Modernization, and Inspection Projects
- Communication and coordination with architects, developers, property managers, subconsultants, and internal design and project teams to ensure the design conforms to building usage and requirements
- Management and guidance of GUNN staff assigned to your projects (Coordinator, Project Engineer, Site Personnel)
- Determining and maintaining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements, monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues
- Review of architectural drawings and existing equipment for equipment configurations, and code compliance as it relates to vertical transportation
