Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and coordinate procurement strategies and Project Execution Plans
• Implement procurement processes, forms, and templates
• Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle through closeout
• Supervise and train procurement team members across multiple disciplines
• Validate activities in accordance with procedures and ethical standards
