Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve building maintenance issues
• Create plans and specifications for tenders
• Monitor and evaluate the work of contractors
• Assist in creating budgets for facilities
• Collaborate on long-range maintenance planning
Requirements:
• Diploma in an applicable technology program
• Substantial experience in building inspections
• Knowledge of BC Building Code and municipal procedures
