Job Description
Hydrasun is seeking a proactive and highly organised Projects Co-ordinator to support the Umbilicals Manager and Projects Manager in the successful delivery of ongoing projects. This role is central to coordinating project activities, managing documentation, supporting customers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Prepare project documentation packs and work instruction packs to support project delivery.
Maintain and coordinate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Expedite sales and purchase orders to ensure delivery deadlines and departmental KPIs are achieved.
Accurately process customer orders and maintain records within SYSPRO.
Support the preparation of bids, quotations, and customer proposals.
