The Opportunity:
The Property Administration Intern supports the Property Management team by assisting with the review, organization, and administration of a portfolio consisting of both owned and leased property, including tenant leases. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role contributes to maintaining accurate lease data, preparing lease summaries, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional lease-related activities.
This position provides hands-on experience in lease interpretation, property administration, financial reporting, and database management, while offering exposure to legal, operational, and financial aspects of commercial real estate.
