Role Description
:Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the portfolio, including supervising on-site staff, conducting regular property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role involves managing tenant relations and resolving escalated issues, overseeing leasing and rent collection processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable residential tenancy regulations. In addition, you will also approve expenses, and coordinate capital projects, while handling vendor relationships and responding to emergencies as needed.
