Requirements Property Manager Residential Apartments (Roles & Responsibilities) Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential apartment community. Ensure smooth delivery of facility management services, including housekeeping, security, technical, horticulture, and pest control. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Residents' Welfare Association (RWA)/Apartment Owners Association (AOA) and residents. Handle resident complaints, service requests, and ensure timely resolution. Supervise and monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and SLA compliance. Manage budgets, operational expenses, billing, and cost optimization. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, lifts, and fire & safety systems.
