Property Manager
Cannon Greco Management Limited is a medium-sized condominium management firm located in St. Catharines, ON serving clients throughout the Niagara Region. Responsibilities
- Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
- Liaise, communicate, and meet with the Board of Directors of each condominium corporation within the portfolio.
- Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio.
- Conduct meetings and administer meeting functions (e.g., prepare agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings may be required.
