PERTY OFFICER (INDUSTRIAL BUILDING)
Location: Hillview Area, Singapore

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Officer to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of an industrial development in the Hillview area. The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager and Management Council to ensure the smooth operation of the estate and delivery of quality services to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to residents', tenants', and owners' feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections of common property and building facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors and service providers.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and M&E maintenance works.
- Prepare incident reports, inspection reports, and monthly management reports. <...
