PRIMARY FUNCTION
The T-38 Property Specialist responsible for reviewing company practices to ensure that they are following pertinent regulations. As audits may occur annually or at other intervals and may include reviewing documentation and other records.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Receive Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), kits, and other inventory property.
Accurately enter all property into database. Perform material transfers and releases as needed per all company processes and federal regulations.
Conduct inventory cycle counts, verifying item storage, location, quantity, etc.
Responsible for control and accuracy of material and records using both manual and electronics inventory control system.
Familiar with ITAR, FAR, DFAR regulations
Oversee physical inventory annually.
