About the Role
Aecon Industrial, a leader in industrial construction and water infrastructure, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator. This office‑based position reports to the Proposal Manager and involves coordination of proposals from bid/no‑bid reviews to contract execution. The role offers hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact with the client, break out and assign deliverables, develop proposal outlines, schedule and facilitate kickoff calls and touchpoints, and ensure RFP compliance.
- Facilitate reviews, perform final polish and quality control on all documents, manage post‑bid clarifications, and build proposal presentation PowerPoints.
- Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes, standard responses, and support writing/developing new plans with operations and estimating teams.
