Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Coordinator will support the full proposal development process from RFP review through to final submission. They will coordinate internal teams, manage proposal documentation, and assist in creating visually engaging and compliant submissions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, writing, and design skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
