MatchBox Consulting Group is recruiting a Proposal Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing construction organization in Vancouver.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading pursuit submissions from strategy through final delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, pre-construction, and operations teams, you'll play a key role in winning exciting projects while helping shape proposal processes and best practices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and delivery of RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and other pursuit submissions.
- Manage proposal schedules, timelines, and submission requirements to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and develop compelling proposal content.
- Review and refine submissions for accuracy, quality, compliance, and overall presentation.
