We are seeking a Proposals Manager to support our Business Development team at Lycopodium. This role involves managing proposals from inception to completion, ensuring internal collaboration and high-quality outputs. You will lead client engagement, oversee proposal governance forums, and author compelling technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end‑to‑end proposal lifecycle and bid strategies
• Chair proposal governance forums with Group Managers
• Act as single client contact throughout proposal process
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
• Author technical proposals with input from sub‑consultants
Requirements:
• Engineering or business degree with mineral processing experience
• 15+ years in engineering consultancy or management
