Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $75–85k Annual
Must have a reliable vehicle (the facility is not accessible by public transit).
This position is based out of Stayner, Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Assess labor needs and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Ensure that Production Operators are aware of and follow safety protocols and SOPs and document their training.
- Schedule and organize staff to ensure the team performs duties to meet production targets and expectations.
- Ensure timesheets for all employees are submitted in a timely manner.
- Oversee the documentation and KPI tracking of production room activities.
- Understand the operation of all production equipment and train Operators accordingly.
