Position Summary: Excellent opportunity for Child and Youth Psychiatrists looking to practice in a welcoming community setting where the lifestyle opportunities are endless. Two positions available to join Penticton Regional Hospital. You will be part of a dedicated team of 6 psychiatrists providing up-to-date, comprehensive, quality client-centered care to individuals and their families. The 16-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Unit (IPU) offers Acute Mental Health and Substance Use services in a safe, secure and accessible facility for the South Okanagan region. In addition to Inpatient services, our well-established integrated Adult Mental Health programs include Short Term Counseling, Community Case Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, Physical Activation, Anxiety and Depression, DBT groups, as well as Seniors Mental Health and Rural Outreach.
