Summary The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System (NYHHCS) is a multi-site medical system that includes a major medical facility in Manhattan, Brooklyn (including the St. Albans campus in Queens), and two Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). VA NYHHCS is an academic facility with teaching and research programs. Responsibilities The New York Harbor VA has an opening for a Clinical Psychologist - Program Manager. The position is based at the Brooklyn VAMC campus. Psychologists - Program Managers have broad program management responsibilities for a specific program or programs that are designed to deliver specialized, complex, highly professional services that are important program components of the facility and that significantly impact the health care provided to Veterans.
