About First Step Men’s Therapy
First Step Men’s Therapy (FSMT) is a growing Ontario-based psychotherapy practice dedicated to helping men and couples reconnect with themselves and others in a safe, supportive, and grounded environment.
We specialize in areas that are often underserved in traditional settings, including:
- Compulsive sexual behaviour and pornography use
- Substance misuse and addictive patterns
- Trauma and shame-based narratives
- Relationship and intimacy concerns
- Anxiety, grief, and sexual dysfunction
