We carry a wide selection of products including brands by Swarovski, Noam Carver, Korite, and Tissot. Our services include jewellery and watch repairs, custom designing, and appraisals. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all jewellery customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on different types of jewellery
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display area
