PTR Accounting Associate
About the role: You will support the department by collecting and analyzing information from the General Ledger, bank statements, accounting, and company systems. You will spend a significant amount of your time leading the team and providing guidance, analyzing accounts being migrated to Intacct, and making application improvements to reconcile all accounts in Intacct.
Responsibilities
- Provide the team with all the necessary information to perform the Bank reconciliation and ensure that the payroll tax reconciliations are sent and completed within the stablished closing time.
- Assist with preparation and responses for audits requirements by the client.
- Keep a status of the operation and send when necessary and/or required by client.
- Supervising and maintaining quality work within the department and meeting client deadlines.
- Assist in the transition of bank accounts to Intacct.
