Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver services across Public Health programs
• Assess community health needs collaboratively
• Plan and implement public health strategies
• Monitor and evaluate health promotion efforts
• Educate diverse populations on health issues
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BScN required for this role
• Current CPR certification necessary
• Understanding of population health promotion
• Infection Control certification is beneficial
