Project Coordinator – Full Time

Reporting to the Manager of Public Realm, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing public realm infrastructure and enhancements. This role includes stakeholder and community engagement, urban design, assisting with the coordination of programming and activations, advocacy, and asset management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with a team to create initiatives that support the downtown community through our strategic plan.
• Refine ongoing initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and impact.
• Prepare detailed project implementation plans, including budget, resources, schedule, and communication protocols.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project development and implementation.
• Proactively identify and provide solutions for potential roadblocks in projects.
