Job Description

SUMMARY

The Purchase Order (PO) Administrator is responsible for collaborating with Strategic Sourcing Category Management team as well as Operations and Finance on the administration of purchase order process. Key activities include but are not limited to purchase order administration, pricing review as well as financial analysis and reporting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PO Administration

  • Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing Category Management Team to administer the purchase orders for all supplier agreements/ contracts.
  • Prepares all documentation required for purchase order execution accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that all purchase orders are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions in a timely fashion.
