Job Description
Process Material Requests (MR), verify Bills of Materials (BOM), and issue materials to production. Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents. Maintain daily stock records for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables in Google Drive and physical stock registers. Update and maintain glass bin cards based on physical stock movements. Prepare Monthly Raw Material Planning (MRP) based on the sales pipeline for profiles, accessories, glass, paint, and consumables. Prepare Monthly Stock Inventory Reports and Stock Balance Reports for Stores and Raw Material Inspection Warehouse. Coordinate outsourced material procurement, including obtaining quotations, securing approvals, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and completing material receipt.
