Job Description
1. Demand Planning & Management (20%)
- Review monthly material demand plans from internal departments, analyze supply market trends, and propose optimized procurement strategies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of demand plan accuracy and drive corrective actions.
- Manage supply disruptions and market fluctuations by adjusting procurement plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Align procurement plans with global headquarters’ strategies and obtain local leadership approval.
2. Procurement Execution (40%)
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely submission of purchase requests.
- Execute local procurement orders post-approval and provide recommendations for HQ-centralized materials based on local operational needs.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including contract signing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
