Join our team as a Maintenance Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator, ensuring optimized inventory management and procurement processes. Your contributions will help support our maintenance operations effectively.
As part of the Maintenance team, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. The role involves managing the purchasing process while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lifecycle of purchase orders from entry to delivery
• Obtain and compare supplier quotes for procurement
• Maintain CMMS data, ensuring integrity and accuracy
• Organize storeroom operations according to safety standards
• Track and manage parts sent for repair
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED mandatory
• At least 2 years in maintenance inventory management
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems like Oracle or eMaint
