- Enhance or automate trading operation systems and workflows to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Take ownership of major operational issues by identifying root causes and resolving problems promptly.
- Work closely with Operations and Development teams to diagnose and resolve complex live production issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and Operations to design, integrate, and operationalize backend workflows enabling onboarding new products and business initiatives.
- Automate manual processes by developing practical, maintainable scripts and tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
- Provide occasional after-hours support and participate in testing activities when required.
